Terms and Conditions Naga33 – Platform User Guide

01 General Terms

Welcome to naga33. By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member ("User") and naga33 ("Platform", "We"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the platform immediately.

Naga33 reserves the right to change, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use naga33's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the registration date.
• Registering with personal information that is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Only holding one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity.

Naga33 reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time for verification purposes. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. Naga33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact the Naga33 support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Naga33's security system is equipped with 256-bit SSL encryption, real-time activity monitoring, and detection of logins from new locations or devices. Any suspicious access attempt will automatically be subject to additional security review.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at naga33 are processed through secure and trusted payment channels. The following are the key guidelines regarding deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's payment page.
• Deposits are processed in real time for supported payment methods.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes within the Naga33 platform.
• Naga33 does not accept third-party deposits. Payment methods must be in the name of the registered member.

Withdrawal:

• Game results recorded by the Naga33 server are final and is not subject to dispute.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, naga33 will resolve the situation based on valid server records.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum bets for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Naga33 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including permanent account suspension or closure:

• Registration or use of an account by individuals under 18 years of age.
• Opening more than one account under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Attempted money laundering or other illicit financial activities through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system (e.g. chip dumping in poker games).
• Using insider information or unauthorised means to gain an advantage in games.

All content found on the naga33 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, animations, software code, user interfaces, and overall design — is the exclusive property of naga33 or its licensors.

• You not allowed copying, redistributing, republishing, or modifying any platform content without written permission from naga33.
• The trade name "naga33" and its associated logos are registered trademarks protected by law.
• Any unauthorized use of naga33's intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

09 Disclaimer & Liability Limitations

The naga33 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, naga33 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or fully secure at all times.

• Naga33 is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical disruptions, network issues, or system failures beyond our control.
• Naga33 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred during gameplay. Gaming carries inherent risk and there is no guarantee of wins.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the naga33 platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

10 Terms Changes & Governing Law

Naga33 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.
